In May 2020 Italian brewery Tre Fontane launched Sinergia ’19, the first Trappist collaboration beer. Today we can announce the second release of that project: Sinergia ’21 will be a Dubbel brewed in collaboration with two important Trappist breweries of Belgium: Rochefort and Westmalle. The beer will be a traditional Dubbel, with the recognizable touch of Tre Fontane; I will provide more details as soon as I have the opportunity to taste it.
As the previous release, also Sinergia ’21 will be a solidarity beer. The second Trappist collaboration brew will be available starting from mid-January.
